mini jewelry altar for the midnight kind of love
Nighttide is my love letter to the bold, after dark side of love, the part of you that feels everything loudly and refuses to apologize for it. This altar lives in a deep red glass heart wrapped in black lace, made for the version of you who has walked through heartbreak, still wants what she wants, and is done dimming herself to be easier to love.
Inside, reds run from pomegranate to wine, threaded through with black, soft pearl, and flashes of crystal. It feels like the jewelry you take off on a nightstand after a big feeling kind of evening, a mix of keepsakes and armor, passion and protection. There is rose quartz tucked into this heart on purpose, to anchor all that intensity in real care for yourself, not just for everyone else.

Β
Self-Love Rose Vial
This little kit is meant to become a tiny self-love spell for your altar and your Blushwater or Nighttide jar. Rose is sacred to Aphrodite and to the heart, and pink is the color of softness, tenderness, and the divine feminine, so everything in this kit leans into that energy.
Includes
β’ 1 empty glass bottle with cork
β’ 1 tiny vial of rose oil
β’ 1 white tealight candle
β’ 1 small pink or red ritual taper candle
β’ 1 mini bag of dried rose buds and petals
β’ 1 strip of paper for your self-love note
How to use
1. Open the empty glass bottle and sprinkle in some of the dried rose buds and petals. You do not have to use all of them, just what feels right.
2. Open the tiny vial of rose oil and carefully pour a little into the bottle over the roses. As you pour, imagine you are adding softness and sweetness back into your own heart.
3. On the paper strip, write a short self-love note to yourself. It can be an affirmation, a promise, or one sentence about how you want to be treated. Fold the paper small and tuck it into the bottle with the roses and oil.
4. Close the bottle with the cork, pressing it in firmly so everything is sealed inside.
5. Light the white tealight first. Take a few slow breaths and quietly read your self-love note in your head or out loud.
6. Light the pink ritual candle from the tealight. When a small pool of wax forms at the tip, carefully tilt the candle over the cork and let the wax drip slowly around the top of the bottle to seal it. Take your time, keep the flame away from your fingers and the glass, and stop when there is a soft ring of wax around the cork.
7. When you are done, thank yourself for taking the time to do this. Place the sealed bottle next to your jewelry jar or on your altar as a reminder that you are not an afterthought, you are the love story.
