Each Dawnhollow jar is a one-of-a-kind experience curated with care. Every piece of jewelry is hand-selected from thrift stores, estate sales, consignment shops, boutiques, or online finds. Inside you may find new, gently loved vintage, stamped designer, or an occasional fast-fashion treasure that simply fits the story being told.

Because of the unique, vintage, and secondhand nature of these items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

That said, I truly want every customer to love their Dawnhollow experience. If you are unhappy with your order or something arrives damaged, please reach out to me directly at xodawnhollow@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. TikTok and other social media are not the best way to reach me. I will always do my best to make things right and work out a fair solution together.

Condition of Items

All jewelry and jewelry jars are sold as is. Many pieces are pre-loved or vintage and may show light signs of age or wear. Clasps, closures, and elastics are checked before packing, but small imperfections are part of each piece’s history and charm.

We do our best to photograph and describe items clearly so you know what you’re receiving.

Damaged Upon Arrival

If your item arrives damaged in transit, contact xodawnhollow@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.

While replacements cannot always be guaranteed, I will do my best to offer a store credit or a similar replacement piece of equal style and value based on available inventory. Every situation will be handled with care.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom jewelry jars or bundles

  • Mystery jars, themed collections, and one-of-a-kind vessels

  • Sale items, gift cards, and promotional items

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees if a damaged item needs to be mailed back for verification.
