Processing Time
All ready-to-ship items, including jewelry jars and craft lots, are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, shop updates, or high-order periods.
Each order is packed carefully to ensure a safe journey from the Hollow to your home.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
All packages are shipped through Pirate Ship, which automatically selects the most reliable and affordable carrier option — USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier.
Shipping Rates
All prices listed in the shop already include the cost of shipping.
When you see a jar or bundle priced at checkout, that is your final total — no extra shipping added.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with clear photos of both the packaging and the items inside.
Contact xodawnhollow@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order details and photos.
While replacements are not always guaranteed, I’ll always do my best to make things right and may offer store credit or a similar replacement piece when possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been scanned in by the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Dawnhollow is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance. I’ll always try to help guide you through next steps if needed.
International Shipping
At this time, Dawnhollow only ships within the United States.
